Promotion is hosted by HlanePeach Business Solutions TA HPmobile a member of WASPA and bound by the WASPA code of conduct. Customers have the right to approach WASPA to lodge a complain in accordance with WASPA complains procedure. HPmobile may be required to share information relating to a service or customer with WASPA relating to the complain. WASPA website is www.waspa.co.za, any customer wishing to join our service should have a (GSM / 3G / LTE) sms enabled phone with a Vodacom, MTN or Telkom sim card. A R2.00 charge will apply per sms sent, incase of a billing error clients may contact us on info@hpmobile.co.za or call our call center on 0861131009. Service cost will be initiated by client, in a case of triggered billing the customer will give permission (written or verbal) before any initiation of billing, should children wish to participate - they will need full permission from their parents or guardians who must be over 18 years of age however, no acceptations will be granted for Adult content creation, storing, showcasing, participating and distribution of such adult content, material, platforms, applications, websites, products, communication, membership or consumption of such services provided or destributed by HPmobile. HPmobile services *are not intended to intentionally engage in criminal activity*knowingly create, store or distribute illegal content*knowingly infringe copyright and or intellectual property*send or promote sending spam. HPmobile has the right to supend or terminate the service of any customer who does not comply with these terms. HPmobile has the right to take down any content considered or reported to be illegal. In a case of ADULT content (18+) be it service, products, content not limited to apps and websites user must be 18+ years and will be required to confirm their age. HPmobile is compliant with consumer personal privacy and privacy to communication and personal information.

•All HlanePeach Mobile services are conducted in accordance with the provisions of Section 54 (1) of the Lotteries Amendment Act (46 of 2001).

• Competitions, Subscriptions, donation services are open to all South Africans, unless otherwise stated. Competions are not open to employees, agencies, prize sponsors or contractors of HlanePeach Mobile.

• No person may enter the same or any other competition hosted partly or in whole by HlanePeach Mobile within (1) months of winning the same or any other competition hosted partly.

• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Prizes other than cash are not transferable, cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash and are not negotiable.

• Winners use and accept prizes at their own risk. HlanePeach Mobile and the prize sponsors (and/or their respective agencies) cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilizing prizes won.

• Prizes not collected/claimed within 30 days will be disposed of at HlanePeach’s discretion.

• By entering our services, entrants agree to adhere to competition rules and regulations, details of which entrants declare themselves conversant with.

• Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.

• HlanePeach Mobile may disqualify a transgressor for entry into any other competitions, for a period deemed appropriate by Management.

• HlanePeach Mobile and the prize sponsors reserve the right to cancel service at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control and shall not be liable in anyway whatsoever to entrants in such event for any cause or action whatsoever.

• Winners may be required to have their details disclosed and appear on the Internet or in printed publications.

• HlanePeach Mobile reserves the right to alter rules or prizes at their own discretion. Such altered rules and prizes shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined. No entrant shall have any recourse against HlanePeach Mobile as a result of the alterations of the rules or prizes.

• HlanePeach Mobile will make every reasonable effort to deliver the prize described in the promotion’s publicity, but cannot accept responsibility if the prize differs in whole or part from that advertised. Similarly, prize values quoted may differ from the actual value of the prize.

• Allow 27 days for delivery all services including donations which are done in partnership with media Houses and brands. All donations are cost related and all payments or deduction costs will be paid before a donation is made. Donations will vary between shoes, clothes, sanitary pads and any other commodity we may identify through partners.
